"This place was beautiful. The house was clean and very up to date. The surroundings were beautiful and you could see the river from the house. Nice view. All the amenities were good. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we couldn't use the fireplace. But I kind of understand that it's probably due to insurance reasons. I think a gas fire pit on the porch would be a nice addition."

Nowhere in the listing was there a mention of a second rental property on the same lot and a shared backyard space. We were shocked to find people coming into “our” backyard when we were out there with our dogs.
