LIVING ROOM
The living room seamlessly flows into the dining area in an open concept layout. It includes a 4-seat queen sofa bed with a chaise lounge and a separately-stored Serta comfort gel mattress topper. Enjoy entertainment with a wall-mounted 70-inch color smart TV equipped with a sound bar.

KITCHEN
The galley-style chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a counter-depth refrigerator, filtered water/ice dispenser, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig K-Cup machine, De’Longhi Combination Espresso and Coffee Pot Maker, and a juicer. It comes stocked with cooking and eating essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dining ware, and more.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH #1
This spacious retreat features a king-size upholstered bed, a 70'' smart TV, and an Alexa Echo 5 for on-demand music and news. Master bathroom #1 boasts a large marble-clad walk-in shower, 2 vanities, and a deep soaking tub with a nearby wall-mounted 22-inch mirrored smart TV.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH #2
A king-size Victorian poster bed awaits in this second master suite, complete with a walk-in closet, a 40'' smart TV, a security safe, and direct patio access to the wooden wraparound deck.

BEDROOM #3
Offers 2 twin-size beds and a 24-inch smart TV.

BEDROOM #4
Features a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, along with a 70-inch smart TV.

GARAGE/FITNESS CENTER
The garage has been converted into an air-conditioned gym/cardio theatre featuring a 70'' TV. It includes Life Fitness cardio equipment (treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical), rubber-coated weight training dumbbells (5lb – 50lb), yoga mat and ball, 2 high-speed fans, and a speed jump rope.

OUTDOOR SPACES (FRONT YARD)
Enjoy our beautifully manicured grass, large front porch, and courtyard area with 4 relaxing chairs.

OUTDOOR SPACES (BACKYARD)
The gorgeous backyard features a large wooden wraparound deck, a 61-jet Vita Spa Riviera massaging hot tub seating 7, Kitchen Aid outdoor cooking island, outdoor dining table for 8, ample sofa and lounge chairs for 8-10, 4 oversized outdoor umbrellas, a cornbag toss game, and 2 Adirondack chairs under an orange tree.

We are a property management company with staff on 24/7 shifts. We're able to provide around the clock services and assistance anytime you may need. Should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, questions prior to your arrival, or even after your departure; we're available via Airbnb, Phone, SMS TXT, iMessage, and even in person if requested!

The 61-jet calspa vita riviera hot tub is a high quality massaging tub. The floor of the hot tub is shaped like a dome (floor of tub is not flat) so that you can easily rest your feet on the deep tissue foot massaging jets. IMPORTANT: Because of the domed nature of the hot tub floor, it is unsafe to jump, run, or walk across the domed floor of the hot tub.

- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.
