"Shower water temp beyond control. Bathroom is old and could be cleaner. A/C water dripping to the room floor all night. Room too dark, more light needed. It’s not a low price lodge, would be great if the owner can invest on some improvements. Kitchen lady is nice and friendly. "

"Such a magical environment, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Allen’s passion for the forest and animals is contagious and encyclopaedic ; we learned so much. The property is surrounded by beautiful forests in all directions, and you eat breakfast watching hummingbirds and toucans. It’s truly incredible. Our car broke down around 7km before arriving to the lodge and Allen and his team could not have been more helpful or friendly. They kindly came and met us, helped jumpstart the car,...

"Great hotel. German college interns always available and very helpful. Only drawback, nobody, including cab drivers, could find this place. We stayed 2 nights and BOTH nights we journeyed out only to find that taxi drivers had no idea where this place was and that was AFTER showing them the address card that the hotel had given us. Very Weird."

"Living in nature! Beautiful remote location, quiet, monkeys on the trees around you, accommodating and friendly staff. Kitchen with basic dishes and stove. The cabin is basic but clean and comfortable. Each cabin has two bedrooms, kitchenette and main room, bathroom, and a covered balcony with furniture. Road to the ranch is a dirt road (not to rough but not ran issue)."
