"We had an amazing week in Manuel Antonio. Everything was organized in advance by our concierge and there were no surprises. Each day was amazing. We visited the rainmaker park, the national park, ziplining, the men went deep sea and each snagged a sailfish. The Ladies enjoyed at home massages. We had a wonderful chef, Paige who cooked breakfast and supper for us everyday. We toured a coffee and chocolate farm. We enjoyed the beach and our little slice of paradise at Brisas Del Mar every morning...

"Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

Apparently, it can be rented as two separate units, but it flows as one house with the option to have your own distinct and private spaces. There were two couples and this property allowed us to have our own very private areas, including en-suites and our own kitchen areas. It was easy to be together as a group, but it was really nice to have the separate spaces at the end of fun days of hiking in Manuel Antonio National Park. This is...
