"This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!! "

"In general our stay was very good. The weekends were very busy with people coming from San Jose for the weekend which forced us to do other activities until later in the day. The pool was nice except when it was busy on the weekends. A great location on Jacó as you were close to everything you needed, including car/golf cart rentals, groceries, bars and restaurants. Beach was literally minutes walk away. "

"The condo is immaculate with breathtaking views. Walk to the beach takes 5 minutes. The owner was very responsive and shared lots of useful information prior our arrival. We had great time and hope to be back."

"We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this location. Very convenient to Jaco and the rest of Los Suenos. "From the time we entered until we left 2 weeks later, tranquility, peacefulness, beauty and beach life was our daily routine. Words cannot explain the views and serenity. The management company and owner responded promptly with every question and inquiry we had. The owner said he was going to be doing a few furniture updates. We are already planning on booking again in early 2026. A must stay right in the heart of Jayco directly on the beach!We used Jaco Fresh to deliver groceries to condo...

"The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. "We had a wonderful stay here, and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great place to sit outside and relax listening to the surf. Laura was very responsive and would highly recommend staying here. "

"We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaco. The support from both the owner and the on site manager were first rate and the few minor items we passed along were quickly addressed. The location in town is perfect and the walk out patio to the pool made for an enjoyable stay. The on site manager even helped with making local excursions which was an unexpected bonus."

"We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "What can we say but WOW this place is in a fantastic location and is well maintained inside and out. A 20 minute walk takes you into town to grocery shop at Mas X Menos and then if you need a taxi home they are right there outside the store. Taxis are reasonable, we stuck with the red cars with the yellow triangle door sign as they are all metered. The pictures of 1303 are accurate and if we had any questions a quick e/mail to Kevin and it was addressed. The only negative to this is not the...

"The location of the property is a real plus. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance. It's obviously a new building and it's very safe with staff paying attention to the comings and goings on the property. The 8th floor condo balcony gave us a very good view and was quits comfortable. There were a lot of add ons. The pool and kiddie pool the large covered area out back. The exercise facility. And more. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure. "We came to stay one night with two rooms for a family. This place is cute and the room was conveniently laid out. The pool is small but perfect for kids to play in. We had some questions when we arrived that were answered immediately. We would stay here again."

"Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. "

All good except the kids club

"This was our second stop in Costa Rica. The resort is very comfortable and clearly tailored for American visitors. While you don’t quite get the authentic Costa Rican vibe, everything is well-organised and convenient. We’re from Europe, so the atmosphere felt a bit different to us. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Our biggest issue was with the kids’ club. It’s not really a traditional kids’ club – they offer kids’ activities three or four times a day, each lasting around 30 minutes. To be clear, I wasn’t looking to leave my daughter there all day, but it was a bit frustrating that we constantly had to check when the activity ended. Once, the staff member even walked her back to us by hand after the session went a bit over time – my husband had stepped away to take a quick call as the 30 minutes had already passed. It felt a bit awkward. That said, the kids’ club staff were lovely. I believe they were simply following the guidelines set by management."

"Gorgeous property, felt like luxury in the middle of the jungle. Our room was great - the shower is nice & gives you the option to open the sliding window & look at nature while you shower. We are not usually pool users but we loved the pools at Gaia & used them everyday. The drinks & food were above average & all of the staff were exceptional - patient & kind to us, remembering my husband & I by name. The hotel offers a free tour by the Macaw reserve & through the forest with Clarence - what a lovely guide & experience! The transportation to & from your room is via golf cart - this was no issue but something to be aware of. Overall a wonderful experience - would stay again in a heartbeat."
