Guida and John were exceptionally kind, more than willing to share their suggestions of places to visit and making us feel immediately at home and welcome! The studio was perfect for us. "It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands. But the hotel itself was good, very clean. Okay for a night if you’re just passing through."

"The beach was very dirty, not the fault of the property. The chairs on the deck are still broken making it difficult to relax and watch the ocean"

"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "
