"We were looking for a place to stay located between Cal Poly SLO and UCSB, as we had activities to attend at both universities. This house fit the bill as it was easy for us to travel to both schools. "We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the back yard was great for our two small dogs. The house itself is really nicely renovated with modern appliances and furniture. Communicating with the host was really easy, which made the our stay all the better."
