"The property is crammed in between a dilapidated Motel Shix and a couple of eateries. The back section of the hotel backs up to a large storage facility. The carpet was dirty and stunk...the kind of carpet you don't go barefooted on. The water pressure was very low. The breakfast was questionable at best. I got sick on the premade omelette.The Hotel cost me almost $200 a night. It is not worth $100 on it's best day. Sorry for having to give this review, but the truth needs to be told. Lompoc is a very seedy/dirty town. I was born there and it has changed so much!"

"I had a great experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made everything easy. They quickly helped us switch rooms, due to an issue. Thank you!!! Check-in and check-out were seamless and quick. The included continental breakfast was simple - they provide delicious, fresh pastries from a local bakery (Olsens). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely return! Thank you again to the kind staff at Fredericks Inn. "

"Clean, no bad smells, heated pool, hot hot tub with nice jets, coffee in the morning well before 7 which was listed on the card upon check in. That was nice because we checked out at 530 AM to start the next leg of our trip. I think the muffins are home made? They're tasty. "
