"Easy check in, great communication with host, very nice to have a garage to park our car. Stairs were not a issue for us. Nice to have a large washer/dryer. Linens on beds and in bathrooms were lovely. Only suggestion would be to add normal size coffee mugs to kitchen set. Gave a 4 star for the incorrect address on VRBO, but location worked for us. Would definitely return to this lovely home. very nice to have garage par"

"The location of the property could not be any better and the house was great for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms... with a great roof top deck and game room. The house was walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. Just a few things to keep in mind... There are a LOT of stairs, so be mindful if you have a toddler. "Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. "I could see the Pacific Palisades fire from the sidewalk but only smelled it on Sunday when the wind shifted. This property and Blake are both wonderful. We had a discussion about an evacuation plan and what it would take to initiate that action. This is my third stay and I will be back."
