"We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!! "

"The property is located within 10 mins of great restaurants and bars and it comes with its own parking spot. We were there for a work conference at the Convention Center which was a short walk from the house. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. "

"This property was close to all the events associated with my 45th Santa Monica High School reunion. I appreciated the private entrance given I was coming and going all hours of the day. I also appreciated the coffee set up. I did not have to venture out for coffee. This property was exceptionally convenient."

"Everything was as advertised! There are 3 BR's with private baths which was very convenient. The property was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had everything needed for a small group or family stay!"

"We came to see David Gilmore in concert at the Hollywood bowl. Incredible concert. Location to get to sights and concert were great. "

"Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "

"Apartment was very clean and well stocked with towels and extra linens. Shower pressure was amazing. We loved that we were steps away from the beach and walking distance to food and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood, had no issues with noise or traffic. Host was very quick to respond to any of my questions."

"The location of this property is amazing. I am from Nebraska and two families stayed here. The pool was great for the kids and adults even though it was late fall. The pool heater worked great but the charge to heat is expensive and once you inquire cannot be undone once you have the invoice. Check in and out was very easy. The trash was almost full when we checked in but wasn’t too big of a deal. The private drive was so nice. This is all being picky. I want to emphasize that the area is great,...

"Beautiful beach condo! If I am in Long Beach, I am staying here. Central to everything, well appointed and stocked."

"Great location. Able to go on runs/walks on the beach and a short drive to Huntington and Balboa for surf and day trips. Food and night life good close by. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s also very close. Was a great location and will be back. "

Beautiful 3rd Level Deck with String Lights, Fire Pit and Ocean View

"This property was literally such a perfect place for myself and everyone else that attended. The place was so beautiful and matched everything that we needed for a getaway from work and school. The roof was the perfect place for warm chats and the beach being 5 minutes away walking was also really convenient. "

"We were so pleased with the size of the room we had, it was it appeared in the photos with the kitchen. The bedroom was small, you could only access the double bed from one side, but it was very comfortable. Location excellent, staff incredibly helpful and accomodating."
