"We arrived earlier than check in and were told that there would be 75.00 charge to check in before 12:00. 45.00 charge before 2:00. I have never experienced this at any hotel. Hotel should not make customers wait if they have rooms available. Plenty of other hotels near the Airport for me to stay at"

"OK, so I’ll admit I’ve been here longer than I thought I might but it’s hard to leave something where it’s clean and the people are so kind and the room is roomy and it’s modern. There’s a huge window in the room which to me is everything I mean if I just had a bed and a wall wall wall ceiling window that’s all I need but it has more anyway I’d love that. There’s a whole wall that’s glass Air conditioning heater. It’s quiet so quiet. I don’t ever hear anyone but Hotel is full so that’s interesting. I like that I like that a lot."
