"We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because of our VIP status for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We loved it so much! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary a la Carte breakfast was fabulous. The entertainment was fantastic. The spa services were excellent! We were about 10 minutes away from town centre but the free shuttle made it easily accessible. The only issue we found was the area around the resort. There was a lot of construction and a very rowdy resort next door. There are so many places to choose in Bali and we are so happy we chose this one. Would recommend!"

"The hotel has 4-star amenities & the staff both at the reception, restaurant & housekeeping were all nice & attended to our needs in prompt & professional manner. There was just a little hiccup with the airport pickup from DPS as the hotel driver left without us. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, but the driver checked & could not get info about our flight. Still delayed flights are not rare & the driver & hotel should have made sure that we get on the hotel shuttle from DPS to the hotel as arranged because we gave them our flight #. Other than this, we had a nice stay at this hotel."

"This Hotel is exactly like the pictures on the website - a rare quality. What the pictures don’t tell you is how nice, helpful and friendly the staff are. For me the location couldn’t have been better, I could to walk to everywhere I wanted to go, Monkey forest, temples and rice fields. Well done"

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."
