"The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The property looks a little run down and shady on the outside but the rooms are quite lovely inside for the price. Beds are comfy. There is a $10 charge for parking your vehicle anywhere on the property. Also, I prepaid for my rooms but was charged a refundable $150 deposit upon arrival. "Cozy and comfortable. It's definitely an older building but for the price and convenience of location it was great. All staff were helpful and mindful and it was an easy stay. We brought our dog as well with no issues."

"Location is convenient. This is very close to the oregon convention center. The room is what we can expect from a motel6. Note that while the description said there are fridge and microwave, it actually doesn't have fridge and microwave in the room. Previous reviews complained about noise on the street. To me, noise is not a problem. In fact, I believe all lodgings in the area are noisy due to the tram service but it is not that bad."
