"Pros: I received the best customer service from the front desk staff. Friendly, engaging, to the point and explained everything perfectly. Great location near many things for Portland. Cons: I am getting very tired of non-smoking hotels smelling like cigarettes and cannabis on the inside. Please rip out the carpets and put in air purifiers if you aren't going to enforce this. The carpet is old and does need to be replaced anyway. There was somebody else's long black hair in our shower when we arrived. And while the location is great, it is literally 15' away from the Trimet train line."
