"The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The price is good for Guangzhou and the location is close to some interesting old streets with lots of character. The metro is close and a KFC and Pizza Hut. Good internet if you plug in. Wifi not so good. I always plug in with an ethernet cable."

It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for.
