"Staff doesn't know English ! They don't even know Expedia ! You have to show physical paper for checkin ! it takes an hour for check in to happen !"

"The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. She begged him but he would not budge preferring to look at his phone. "Cheap is what this hotel is so don't expect much from your stay. Also would help if they had some staff that spoke a little English as well. would reccomend if you what somewhere cheap to stay otherwise find a better hotel."

"The room they gave us is not the one I reserved, the staff that we dealt with while arriving was unbelievably rude. All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. We have no choice but to settle into whatever room that they provided."
