"Excellent idea to stay here for a night in Brighton. Right on the seaside in a convenient location. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Theatre and a 5 minute walk to The Lanes with all of its dining and drinking options. A lovely breakfast too. Parking is 29 pounds extra per day but is located right under the hotel. The staff were lovely too. My son and I enjoyed ourselves here."

"The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff at breakfast were friendly and went above and beyond to provide a 5 star dining experience. Location of the property is brilliant as well, close to the beach but also can walk to the town centre easily."
