"In general, it was a good stay and everything went well. Our bathroom needed a detail clean in spots like behind the toilet and the baseboard under the sink counter. The bathtub coating was worn off around the drain. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I asked the cleaning staff which floor had a working machine and they weren't sure. "
