"Top notch Staff and Hotel"

"This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible. The small bathroom was well-provided with towels and other amenities, and the shower was working well, despite the washer tape of the pommel need to be re-done (water was leaking, but it didn't cause any serious issue not affected the water pressure) I let the staff know about it and I'm confident they will resolve the situation quickly. Outside of the minor problems, I still think it's a very good place to stay and I would not hesitate to come back for another stay! 🙂"

"It was clean, the desk clerk was very professional and friendly. We were offered 2 bottles of water and provided an internet access code. One minor area for improvement would be to identify the web site. There were three for the hotel and I had to go through all three before finding the one that would let me connect. The towels and wash clothes are a little thin. "
