"We stayed the night before our flight. The member of staff checking us in was lovely,polite, personable and professional he upgraded our room which was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well presented. We had breakfast which was excellent everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. We checked out quickly and then just had a short walk to Terminal 2. Highly recommend. "

The only slight downside was hot items for breakfast could have been warmer. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, but breakfast starts at 7.00am on a Saturday and at 7.05 bacon, eggs etc were only luke warm. Perhaps everything is being put out ready for service earlier than it needs to be on a Saturday?"

"I was working at a function at the hotel in the evening so booked a room with finishing late. Check in was efficient with welcoming staff and a gift. Room was spacious and clean although lack of bedside power points would have been better. Good nights sleep in comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast in the morning and although hotel was fairly busy staff kept topping up food."
