"We usually stay at a different hotel in negril, but it was booked up, so we booked the larger Coco laPalm. We probably will return here instead of the old place. Everything is well run, clean and roomy. Really, the only thing i can think to improve is that although there is plenty of hot water, the water pressure is less than you would expect, so the showers feel kinda lame. "

"I have 0 complaints about this place! I absolutely loved everything about it. Everyone was so kind and courteous and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the food was amazing. The pictures we saw did not serve this place justice. We loved the resort so much we tried to extend our stay but our room was already booked. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jamaica this is the place. When I come back I will be staying here. Shoutout to these people for making our trip memorable. Henrique, Adrian, machail (big meech), Anna Lee, Slim shady, Ashley, Craig. First time in Jamaica a 10/10. "

"We had a lovely stay. It's a big resort. There were plenty of patrons there but It never felt crowded, like at the pool, beach, or at meal time. I loved how the hallways were very wide to help with that feeling. The staff works very hard to keep it clean and the patrons cared for. I loved that staff make eye contact, smile, and greet you as you pass in the halls. The property is nicely situated so you can enjoy beautiful peaceful views from most locations. The beds and pillows comfortable. Good variety of being part of the action or staying to yourself. The theater shows were Entertaining but not my favorite part of the trip. The bands after were good. My favorite was The Steel drum band ( which did not have steel drums). They sang all the Bob Marley Favorites. The female backup singers were awesome as well as the lead singer and saxophone player. The virtual reality / game room was a hit with my 14 year old. I enjoyed them too. The buffet was hit or miss. Lots of options. Loved the fresh fruit. However premade items in warming stations were not warm and tended to be dried out. I stuck to the omelette station to get freshly made meal which was hot. Also crepe station was a hit with me and my family. The restaurants were very good. We did the Asian fusion, Italian and Mexican. All a hit. I loved the poke bowl at Asian fusion. My husband loved the fish tacos at Mexican. The 24 hour coffee shop was great. Best coffee. Need somewhere to put toiletries in the shower. "
