It is small enough to feel comfortable but has many amenities you find only at larger resorts (restaurant, bar, nice pool, clean beach, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas) . The staff were very pleasant and capable but the bar and food servers often lacked urgency. Breakfast and lunch menu prices were reasonable and offered both Jamaican options and food that appealed to international travelers. We had a deluxe room on the second floor which had two queen...

"This was our second trip to the grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The only negative I could point out is there are a few places in the resort that could use some touching up and maintenance. The resort in general is gorgeous, very large, and beautiful to walk. The signature level bungalow was right on the oceanfront with an outdoor shower and was just awesome!"

"The Legends was perfect for us. Beautiful room that was nice sized with a balcony on the 2nd floor. Right on the beach, decent food buffet but not 5 star if you know what I mean. I just loved being able to walk out of my room, go 100 feet and be on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It was not crowded or noisy. Price was extremely reasonable and you could always go out to eat at one of the many restaurants nearby. SOOOOOOOO relaxing!!! Not a Sandals or Beaches and not near...

"Hotel did not look nothing like the pictures on the internet, bar was closed, restaurant was closed souvenir shop was closed. no iron was available. asked for a ground floor and was put on the first floor."

"Gorgeous property and location, very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious homemade food!Beautiful beach just steps outside the gate. Friendly dogs. Kayaks for meandering around the bay.Clean restroom/shower and towels and bedding all very fresh and clean.Rough road coming in, but there are basically zero other travellers nearby… very praceful."

"The property was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was great for 4 adults. The property manager Daniela was very helpful and showed us around. Also the security was very helpful. It was a 3 minute walk away from Rick's Cafe and there was a restaurant across the road with delicious breakfast. We are looking forward to booking again in the near future."

"We feel so blessed to have had the experience for our honeymoon at Sunset at the Palms. We didn’t know exactly what to expect but we couldn’t have chosen a more relaxing, quiet, intimate resort. All activities where available for us to schedule with our host. We met over 10 couples that anre repeat guests, the retention was unreal! Every, and I mean every, staff member was caring, kind and helpful. Thank you to all! You will see us again! "

"Loved it all really….except the air conditioning being turned down at night- not cool!!!!! Drinks weren't strong enough but were good. Food great, very clean, didn't get to see the shark- sad! Renovations were amazing and the swim out in building 2 was great! Weather was beautiful! "
