"This condo is located right across the street from the huge infinity pool and private beach. Snorkeled right off the beach daily and saw incredible fish and a nurse shark in the crystal clear waters. Sunset was awesome from this property. The condo has everything you need for a great stay. Bathroom had a large soaking tub along with the separate shower. Felt safe and enjoyed every minute. They have a mini store across the street by the pool in the clubhouse! "The room was lovely and very homely. Apart from the microwave not working and then lack of a mop to dry out the bathroom because of the showers unique design, the lack of security and I don't know if it was because of the Aug 6 buzz but there was a lot of suspicious people on our complex and the things I heard could earn me some serious money. All in all Jerome's place was awesome will book again it after the parties pass. Thanks Jerome, I enjoyed my stay. I recommend."

"Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in....

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

The security man organized transportation for me such that moving to and from the property was much easierr. The property is close to some really great restaurants including Rick’s Cafe.
