"Great location, with Avenida Metro station across the street, and maybe 10 minute walk along pleasant avenue to downtown, Baixa district. Our first time in Lisbon, and great choice for first exploration. Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant, and nice quiet location. I felt a little guilty with my dowdy fleece and jeans and sneakers -- a lot of guests seem to make an effort to look a little more dressy. If that matters to anyone else.
