"Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it. "

Surprised that there wasn't a hair dryer available in the bathroom. Rippled carpets in the rooms and hallways gave off a low-quality impression. It was also difficult to roll luggages on them.
