"Had a wonderful 3N4D stay. Clean and spacious room. Request for extra pillows and miscellaneous were met expeditiously. Location was near to metro and convenient for travel. Traffic was congested when traveling by road."

"Excellent hotel on the eastern edge of the Tianhe shopping district, with many big shopping malls and dining options within just a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself is very well equipped, nicely maintained and extremely comfortable. We found the beds particularly comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. Desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke decent English, which is not always the case in China. I would certainly stay at Oakwood Premier again when visiting Guangzhou."

"Many hairs were visible in the room. Condition poorly maintained. Front Desk staff dont even smile at guest. This was observed also at check-out. "

"We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room is really smelly. Report to the front and they have the housekeeper spray some Ecolab try to clear out the smell , once they sprayed, it’s clear out but later the day smell come back, did report again and look like no one can handle or willing to exchange another room for us. Also the other room, the dryer didn’t work, a lot of wear and tears. building was old but acceptable."
