"Very nice hotel/apartment clean and friendly staff"

"We stayed for 3 nights, the 1 bedroom apartment is clean and cosy. Apartment has many lights so it is bright. At the time when I Check in and out, both receptionists are not so friendly, not rude either, at the same time, not very proactive nor helpful. Not all are like these two as I had observed, some are quite nice and courteous. The concierge Mr Chris Yao is amazing, he is very hardworking and helpful to all guests who arrives or departs. He greets every guests with a smile, help them...

"The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport."
