"We arrived at 1 o’clock exhausted from traveling and asked if we could get an early check in. They don’t normally give them. I said we were really tired and now offered to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. She said OK she checked me in and didn’t charge me any additional fee. Her energy was so bright and cheery, and her smile was so inviting. I will definitely stay there again."

"Decided here in a whim and so glad we did. Multiple great places to eat within walking distance. Check in and staff were welcoming as was the lobby and hotel bar. Room was above expectations with a cute little balcony. Definitely will be staying again. Husband LOVED the free breakfast and options. His go to lol. "

"Hotel itself was amazing, really pretty and the room was great. A couple considerations though. We could hear every footstep in the room above us. Luckily they weren't there much but when they were walking around it was incredibly loud. The bathroom light was on a timer for 1 minute and there didn't seem to be a way to actually turn it on. So when you were going to the bathroom it would turn off before you got done. And even more so while in the shower and because there was steam on the...

"Our stay at Illinois Beach State Park Resort was great! The room was nice and updated and the hotel was beautiful. The lake view was beautiful! The pool was being renovated, but it was too cold to swim anyway. The hotel employees were super friendly and helpful! This was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!"
