"The place was lovely and generally the stay was great, only small downsides were the bed was a wee bit too hard for me and I woke up a bit sore and the WiFi didn’t work in our room but other than that it was a beautiful setting, clean room and would recommend anyone who has a wedding in St Andrews to stay here super close to drive to."

"Amazing stay in a fab guest house in Leven. The room was very good, bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was superb. We both had veggie and the sausages and vege haggis was very good. The whole place was very warm. The cats were a hoot. Owners were very friendly and upbeat. Would recommend staying here and would stay in the future. Bus station about 10 mins walk. But there are bus stops to Glenrothes a short walk away. Cheers 😁😁"

"We had a great couple of days in Rose cottage. There was everything we needed and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The place is in well need of a lick of paint. The walls are very dirty. The bed was hard as bricks, I had to sleep on the sofa the last night. This wouldn’t put us off coming back but please at least give the place a paint. "
