"My husband is in a wheelchair and sometimes traveling can be difficult. This hotel is the best experience we have ever had from the easy parking for a handicap van to the spacious room with every thing we could need. We would stay here again gladly and highly recommend it to anyone."

"The recently remodeled and refurbished hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Asheville. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made our stay special and memorable. Our valets were amazing checking our room availably curbside and always there with a smile and assistance with bags and quickly getting our car when needed. "

"Check in was easy and simple. Parking is adequate. Multiple entrances depending on parking. The room was clean. Wash clothes and hand towels were missing and i had to go down to the front desk for those. The hvac unit was noisy depending if it was on heat or A/C.There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. Probably not going to refer to family and friends."
