Staff was friendly and as soon as I asked them if my Ceasars rewards membership number could be added to my reservation even though it was through Expedia the gentleman said absolutely and even upgraded my room! So much to do nearby. The property is fun and a lot Of ambiance. Only complaint I have is that the room should be upgraded, as to turn on the lights in the room we had to turn the knobs on the lamps. The rooms could be a little more high tech friendly for such a nice resort and fees you pay. Other than that each time I have stayed here I really have enjoyed it. "
