It had class. Since it didn’t have a casino, the Hotel had a very safe and quiet vibe. Rooms were high quality, view of the strip was awesome! Overall an excellent hotel if you are traveling with kids

While it was nice - the mandatory valet is a bit inconvenient. The tv’s, phones and electronics are slightly outdated. The housekeeping took an hour on average for things like sheets. The suites don’t stock cutlery and dishes, waited an hour for plates and forks - food was cold when we got it. The shower drains were clogged in both of our rooms. People were pleasant, but didn’t go above and beyond with service. Many seemed irritated when asked for help. It’s a nice hotel, but there are nicer places to stay for the cost. We stayed in both the Vdara suite and panoramic suite - to pay for such views, the windows were filthy - so we had a view of dirt and streaks. I will likely be staying at the fontainbleau again instead when I go back to Las Vegas. The nicest of the staff was the valet team. The concierge was snotty and irritated both times we asked questions. May of the hallways doors were in bad shape and carpets were stained. Because it’s not a casino, it’s one of the only places that doesn’t reek like smoke. Beds are nice with good linens and towels.

We have been here for the long weekend and stayed for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the view of strip, fountain and sphere from our room. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are great with excellent beds, pillows and a good layout. Hotel is in a good location on the Strip. The only thing to note is that even though the room has a kitchen, the kitchen is empty so you will need to bring in cutlery, napkins, glasses yourself, which is a pain and should be noted at time of booking. Regardless, this is the second time I’ve stayed here and would stay here again.
