"Very lovely property with friendly staff on reception at all times. Good location, comfortable and clean. Slightly expensive but good service. Could use a few more items in the room on arrival and there was a slight damp issue in our room, otherwise fantastic."

"Business in area. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. But the décor and furnishing appeared quite tired. Shame as the location and building are great. Parking is very expensive in Brighton. "

"Great for our overnight stay. Very easy parking. Short walk to hotel. Warm greeting. Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely pub food Can recommend the fish and chips. Quiet night and a big fried breakfast before we left. Very happy. "
