"Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home over Christmas, and it was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail in the interiors is outstanding—every room is thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished. As this is a home where a family of five usually lives, it’s equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.Our 3-year-old was in heaven, especially with the wonderful toys in her room—she spent hours happily playing. To top it off, the house was gorgeously decorated for Christmas, and the host even left a wrapped gift under the tree for her—a sweet Jellycat-style toy that was such a thoughtful touch.The kitchen is a chef’s dream! It boasts a huge cooker with three ovens and nine burners, and it’s fully stocked with every utensil, pan, and gadget you could imagine. We cooked lots of festive meals during our stay, and the kitchen made it all a joy.The location is perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the sea and only 5 minutes to Victoria Park, which has a fantastic playground. The host even let us borrow a scooter and helmet for our daughter, which was incredibly helpful as we couldn’t fit ours in the car.The house itself is warm, cosy, and full of character. There are two log burners—one in the dining area and one in the living room—which made for lovely evenings by the fire. The cast iron radiators kept the house wonderfully warm! Can’t recommend enough! We loved it! "

"We found the apartment very well presented and functional, with an excellent kitchen and modern appliances. Bathroom is somewhat small, but that's to be expected in these updated older houses and is part of the charm. Marvellous view across the road to the sea, although being a major thoroughfare the constant traffic noise can be a bit bothersome if the windows are open (but that's not a criticism of the apartment or owner). The town centre is just a short pleasant walk along the foreshore away."
