"Stayed here with the kids over Christmas and we had a lovely time. Facilities were clean and everything worked perfectly including the shower, fridge and chrome cast on the TV which made our stay much more comfortable than we’ve been at some other well known hotels. Room service was completed daily. Parking was easy to pre-book, plus it’s secured underground. The location was really good as the kids and I took frequent short walks and getting into the main tourist areas of central London was just two or three bus stops away. The whole experience was just stress free and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit London. "

"This hotel is great for reasonably priced room right in the centre of London with Lambeth north tube station across the road and Costa next door.But the hotel do a great coffee cheaper than Costa and quality of the coffee is good . Staff are also very polite and helpful"
