"This is a great place to stay just south of the river. I walked to Parliament Square in 35 minutes but also near Nine Elms Tube. Its a classic pub with rooms. My Fontera room was warm, clean and cosy. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. The room was small but I have had smaller in London. Big TV in room and big screen sports downstairs in the nice pub. We waited for 3 hours before hotels.com finally managed a hotel to relocate to. Do not book this, it is non existent and how hotels.com allow this to be advertised on their website is ridiculous. "

"The whole place was dirty. I asked for a light cleaning, which he quickly arranged, but I didn't see much change Also they gave me a different address to where I had originally booked my accommodation. It cost me a little extra money as I was on my way there in a taxi. The picture that was propped up on the wall while I was sleeping also fell down and was very dangerous. They tried to accommodate my needs, but I felt it was never enough"
