"Exactly what we were looking for !!! So cool !!! Love the Retro vibes. They just don’t make them like that anymore. The owners are really warm and friendly. The place is a jewel. You have to check it out, True Tahoe Soul. Can’t wait to go back."

Amazing lake view from living room, kitchen,and two bedrooms

"My family loved this place. It was clean, really well equipped, had a beautiful view, and a great layout. The pictures don't do it justice, especially in the living room area. I would definitely come back!"

"Very cute cabin. Nice and warm. Beautiful scenery. The only two bad things were there was a lot of pet hair on the furniture and one of the bed spreads had a gross stain on it. Everything else was lovely."

"Overall this place was great. It is truly a cabin in the woods! We saw a bear in the driveway on the first night and still felt very safe. We had a question for the host after we arrived and they were quick to respond. We'll stay again"

"It was the ideal cabin for Lake Tahoe! I would note that this is not in South Lake City, but about 45 minutes north of it so just keep that in mind when booking as there is limited things to do in Tahoe City."

The location was perfect—just a 5-minute drive to Northstar Resort or a quick shuttle ride away. This place is incredibly family-friendly, and the description and amenities were spot-on. "This property was cozy and cute. It was perfect for bringing our dog for the first time to the snow. The house was well stocked and equipped for cooking meals, and just relaxing inside while it was so cold outside. Great communication with the property’s manager and it was conveniently located downtown where there were a few shops and places to eat. We did a lot of walking around the neighborhoods and downtown. I would love to come back in the summer and I would highly recommend staying here. "

It was nice to be just a 7-minute drive from Heavenly, come back from the slopes and have the option to wind down in a warm hot-tub, jacuzzi tub or my favorite, the steam room.
