"The staff are always friendly and helpful. They placed our group in adjoining rooms without asking. We were on the 25 floor near the elevators. We previously stayed in the resort tower during last year's dance competition and had a great experience. This time we stayed in the casino tower. The rooms are smaller and more cramped. The rooms were non smoking however, there's a strong smoke odor. It smells like this all over the resort. The rooms have signs of aging, and in need of upgrading...

"This property was great for a quick getaway. Selena at the front desk was alright, not friendly but def professional. Very clean room. Our neighbors were a little noisy but not the hotels fault."
