"Cabin is very pretty 2 bathrooms the queen bed was very comfortable we slept very well. Indoor wood burning stove works really well. We used it when lights went out a few hours. Owner came to greet us and to help with power outage. Had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place close to some absolutely beautiful places and restaurants. "

"We returned to the same cabin 3 years later. In addition to swimming and hiking right at the property, we took an afternoon trip to Stowe and another to Burlington. Back at the cabin, we enjoyed a family fun night playing pool, air hockey, darts, and cornhole in the basement. We also cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The cabin serves as a comfortable home base to explore Vermont!"

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"We loved the cozy cottage! It IS cozy but also more spacious than it seems in the photos. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 and we appreciated the welcoming gestures such as spices to cook with, coffee, DVDs, extra towels and blankets. The kitcheware is all top quality and the gas fireplace kept us cozy. It's in a quiet, wooded area about a 15 minute drive to Whiteface mountain and 30 minutes to Lake Placid. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The house is perfect for 10-12 people and has a lot of space for everyone to hangout. Location is great, it is a quiet area and about 15-20 minutes from whiteface mountain for those who love to ski and snowboard. If you need a place for a few friends or family, I 100% recommend this place!!!"

"It was everything that was described. Beautiful cabin and property. Not ideal for hauling a boat or parking one. The shower was cool but so was the water or to hot. But overall a great place and would go back again. There is very little cell service which i liked but was in return hard to communicate with owner's and the tournament staff for the bass tournament we were fishing. "Very nice quiet cabin located right on a small river. Very close to the trails. It snowed while we were there which is no big deal. Instead of the trails we went to the village and mall to just walk around both were close by and the art museum. So was easy to adjust plans due to the weather."
