"A very comfortable cabin. Excellent base for Adirondack hiking and exploring. Multiple kayaks and a canoe are available for lake paddles. Kayak entry from water easier than from dock. Very well equipped kitchen and a Weber charcoal grill. We brought guide books and maps. Being unconnected from internet or cell coverage was OK but Wifi would have been useful to compare hiking routes or local restaurants etc in more detail. "This was our second time at camp pocomoonshine for a girls trip we enjoyed the lake during the day we brought our paddle boards and cruised around the lake and evenings on the enclosed porch watching the sun go down also the record player was a hit and of course the hot tub to end the evening would definitely stay again we may try and make it an annual trip"

We took the house for our daughters graduation and we wanted a place to host a cookout for her friends. Badmitten and kayaking. Worked out great. Only nit is that you are encouraged not to drink the water out of the tap so bringing bottled water is a part of the deal."
