Hi, I wanted to share my feedback about our stay. My family and I chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The pool room was freezing and, to make matters worse, the pool water was cold too. Hopefully, you can look into adjusting the temperature for future guests.

Front of hotel not appealing. Walk up few steps to get to the lobby. It is about 3 minute walk to Church Marketplace, nice shops and restaurants. Valet parking and breakfast with a fee.

Nice location, but due to construction, very challenging to find the entry point. Stood around the valet area for a good 15 minutes, seems like one of the attendants could have asked if I needed something! Room was very nice and quiet. Great location with excellent proximity to touring around.
