"This was my family's second time at this property with our dogs, and this time, 2 of the kids' friends came (all teens). We love to be able to travel from Southern California with our dogs, but they are on the larger side (a German Shepard and a Golden Retriever), so we sometimes find it difficult to find a place to accommodate them. This rental has thoughtful touches for dogs but no pet smells at all. It is clean and tidy and outfitted with just what we need. It's the perfect home base for walks and relaxing. And the views really make it! The view from the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms is stunning. We also love sitting on the deck and enjoying the great views from outside. All in all, we enjoyed our stay again and look forward to next time."

"This property has been lovingly restored. They tell the history of the Lake Arrowhead area and the restoration of their cabin, complete with photos. The restoration was very thoughtfully done. The cabin includes all of the essential for a very comfortable stay (e.g., kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking basics, small dishwasher, washer dryer, gas fireplace to ensure cozy days in winter, etc.). Location is in easy proximity to grocery and restaurants."
