"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"My husband and I stayed at Quinta Colina for 2 weeks in January and early February 2025. The house and property was perfect. We were well taken care of spoiled!) by the property managers- Meylin and Manuel-(who were on site). The communication with the property owner-Tonia- was fantastic. She was in communication with us throughout our stay even though she was 13 hours away! We would highly recommend this rental and if we return to Costa Rica, we will stay there again, for sure! "We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!"

"Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."

"This makes my second time traveling to Costa Rica, first time staying in this region. The views are spectacular, enjoyed spending nights out on the patio in the breeze, watching the stars in the twinkling lights across the valley. "The house is spectacular, beautifully designed and maintained. All the spaces have a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. There are flowers and birds everywhere, and there is a very good view of a huge valley and mountain ridge where birds soar and cattle roam in the distance. Highly recommend!"

"Great outdoor areas to enjoy perfect weather with nice breezes, the front porch was our favorite!! Beautiful views, many birds and a nature preserve behind the property. We enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy of the property. "

"BUYER BEWARE No hot water and beach is dirty. I contacted Vacasa before confirming reservation to verify had hot water due to previous review. I was told I would have hot water but never did. The pool water was warmer than the shower. The company was notified as soon as we knew there was no hot water. Beach is very dirty due to ships waiting to get into port and dumping garbage while waiting. We did see monkeys and birds which were beautiful. Sorry for the bad review I tried to work with you."

"Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place."

"It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands. But the hotel itself was good, very clean. Okay for a night if you’re just passing through."
