I had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and secure, the wifi, air conditioning, shower, all worked great. The staff was super- friendly and helpful. They were patient with my awful Spanish and were able to switch to English when needed. Even the restaurant had good food. Not a luxery resort, but perfectably servicable at a good price. Puntarenas isn't the "nicest" town per se but it is interesting and authentic and this hotel is very good.

The hotel is good overall terms. Staff is kind, limited options for food, we ate at the hotel restaurant which was really good. The main parking is limited, but they have another 2nd parking about 200 meters from hotel. We didn’t like that room was too small, the bathroom was too tiny at least on the room we took.

Puntarenas Costa Rica very nice hotel
The hotel is in town, close walk to the beach. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pool area very nice. Our first time to Puntarenas Costa Rica and the hotel is perfect.

My husband and i stayed for 4 nights. The hotel staff especially the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. We set up our tours and taxi's, it went flawless!! I have limited mobility so he made it so easy. Gave us great places to eat, helped us to find great aces to eat. Highly recommend.

The building is relatively new. It has a lobby and a restaurant. Swimming pool really small and almost no room for sunbeds around it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Modern and comfortable
Very nice place. Best value for money of the seven hotels we have stayed at so far touring CR. Only window towards inner courtyard with pool but we have also seen that at other places here in CR. The hotel is a little enclave of modernity in a slightly run-down town. Actually lille the town also. Clearly a town for living and not for tourists. Fishing harbour great for watching pelicans.
