"This is truly right across from the tram that takes you to Disney. There is a busy-ish road to cross, but it has stoplights on either side and a median with trees that you could wait on, so we felt safe crossing even with a double stroller. 10 minutes or less to get to security and then hop on a tram! It was very easy to find, the host communicated very well and made the check-in process very easy. The house was very clean and stocked with essentials. And the price was fantastic! "Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. "Enjoyed our stay. Arrival and departure were easy and trouble free. Unit was clean, instructions were clear, and kiitchen was well equipped. The community hot tub was hot and appeared clean. Our only issue was that there wasn't much in the immediate area (grocery, pharmacy, etc.) but there were a couple good breakfast/diner restaurants (Joannes and Iron Skillet) nearby (5-7 minute drive) that we enjoyed."
