"We stayed at the house for three days and it is a spectacular house on an even more spectacular setting overlooking Los Angeles. It is magic at night. The house looks exactly like the pictures and it is meticulously kept. It is massive, very well decorated, and has all the extras including a gym, movie room, gameroom, and a bowling alley (which wasn't operating and locked as it was not functioning). Great place to rent and very well located not far from the Vermont and Hillhurst restaurants...

"We were very impressed with this Tropical Paradise, even though we stayed in the winter. There was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfy and cozy. We were gone all day at Disney parks, but the hot tub was a great way to relax when we got back. Close to food and shopping and minutes from Disney. Communication with host was easy and response time was good. A great weekend overall!"

"We came from across country for a family wedding. Six bedrooms and adequate bathrooms and shared space. Bright and sunny and very comfortable!The only drawback: the driveway is very steep so uber and taxi drivers would not come down the hill. None of us had a problem walking up the hill (a little tricky in heels) but the property would not be appropiate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet, or uses a cane or walker, unless they have their own car."

"The property is a perfect getaway. The heated pool and hot tub, beautiful home, movie room and snacks, and the outside backyard with a beautiful view. Definitely a five star rating. The manager was surprisingly easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I would recommend other rentals learn how to host from this host! We loved it and if we are in the area would definitely choose this home!"

"Was in town for my daughters wedding. We found it very comfortable accommodating 10 of us. I found it to be everything described and then some. Pascal met us at the property and gave us a tour of the place which was a nice touch. He was easy to work with from booking to check out. The views of LA are spectacular. The hot tub was a great place to relax after all the festivities. I would definatley book this plac again when we are visiting the LA area. Thanks for your hospitality Pascal!"
