"The hotel has a great ocean view. Sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel and the staff were great. Those are the Pros. The Cons: upon Check-In we were given a key and that was it. We had to ask how to use the elevator, as the design of it makes it hard to see the floor numbers. "The staff was great. Alberto (el joven) was the best all around the whole week we were there! He is exceptionally attentive to our needs. Gave us recommendations and was always willing to lend a helping hand!! The bartender (older gentleman, can’t remember his name) was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were okay, nothing expectational. The staff was friendly and very helpful but Alberto (el joven) and the bartender took it over the top. We would stay there again. "
