"We enjoyed our stay at El Moro. We enjoyed our spacious suite and the pool area. Pool water was cold. We had 2 meals at the on site restaurant and they both were delicious. We liked being on the Malecon but not in the central zone. We were still able to walk to many places. We also liked the little patio area we had outside of our room. "

"The hotel has a great ocean view. Sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel and the staff were great. Those are the Pros. The Cons: upon Check-In we were given a key and that was it. We had to ask how to use the elevator, as the design of it makes it hard to see the floor numbers. We didn’t find out until a couple of days later there are beach towel cards needed to get a towel. There was another part of the hotel with a pool and gym that we hadn’t explored.
