"Our stay was amazing. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating at all times. Parking was never a problem, you just pull up on the side and the staff take care of the rest. They stored a birthday cake in their frig for us as well, with no problem at all. Location was excellent. Stayed in an inside room (no balcony) and slept really well, minimal noise could be heard from the malecón at night, which I read was a common complaint with those who had a balcony room. "We had an amazing two nights celebrating our anniversary. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the press for champagne button in the room was a very nice touch and we used it a couple times. I wish the rooftop plunge pools were heated but it doesn’t change my opinion of this place. 10/10"
