"This was our first trip to Newport. Condo location is fabulous with the added bonus of off-street parking. Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful with a few inquiries we had. Beach was close enough to spend the day and run back to condo for breaks often. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is as described. We hope to make this our new annual destination. "

"Perfect location - easy access to beach. Lots of space in home for our larger family. Parking garage bigger than anticipated (able to park a mini van). Clean, comfortable. Would recommend! "

"We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again "

"The property is exactly as pictures depicted, and the host’s directive was easy to follow making access to the rental seamless. Garage parking is definitely an amenity: without it, parking could be a challenge due to the number of cars parked on the residential street. The unit’s description states there is no air conditioning; heating the space was a challenge. Adjusting the thermostat did not emit heat from the wall furnace. In turn, the space was chilly. Bottled water in the refrigerator...

"We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and organized. Check in and out processes were well outlined and easy to follow. We did not have any issues during our visit. The property is a great property that's very close to the beach/ocean. We stayed there for a business trip and we found everything to be great overall. We would all stay there again.Thanks!"

"Our stay here was very good the house was very clean and spacious the owner communicated almost instantly whenever I had questions. The wifi didn't work but that was okay since we were mainly there to sleep. I think it would be more helpful for the next guest to let them know first the the entrance is through the alley, I accidentally tried to open someone else's garage "

"Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need...

"Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. "
