"Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or...

We will definitely plan to stay here again for a longer stay next time. We walked into downtown Orange, it was about a 10-15 minute walk, all on flat streets in a beautiful neighborhood!"

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"The house was beautiful! In a great area convenient for everything. We came to visit family and the house happen to be just a few blocks away. The management is very accommodating and communication is great! Definitely going to try and book here again in the future next trip to Long Beach. "

"We had a lovely stay! The house had vintage charm and was nicely decorated with all the modern conveniences and the biggest TV I've ever seen in a home! Many extras like a Keurig with pods, bottled water and a nice outdoor seating area in back. Close to many restaurants and stores and all Long Beach has to offer. Will try to stay here again next time we're in town."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with plenty of enough linens and towels. We loved having 2 bikes and beach chairs in the garage saved us from having to rent. Host was responsive when I had a few questions and took care of my needs right away. I would recommend to anyone that wants a quick get away it is close to the beach and right across the street from the store which makes getting food back to the house easy. "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."
